Please send your files and requirements to us by email sales@quick-pcba.com. Quote will be sent back as soon as we get through an evaluation.
For PCB please provide Gerber data (RS-274-X) or PCB layout files such as Altium file and special requirements if you have. For PCBA please provide the same documents as PCB meanwhile BOM (bill of materials) & CPL (Component Placement List). Besides if you need function test please include the test instruction.
We respect customer’s copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone else with your files unless we receive written NDA agreement & ERP system are running to ensure that.
Yes we could help you to clone the PCB. Just send the sample PCB to us we could clone the PCB design and work out it.
Small batch: 1-2 layers: 5 to 7 working days (quick-turn in 24 hours) 4-8 layers: 7-10 working days (quick-turn within 1 week) Mass production: 1-2 layers: 7 to 15 working days 4-8 layers: 10 to 18 working days The lead time is depends on your final confirmed quantity.
Your PCBs will go through the surface mounting and through-hole soldering(if necessary). In more detail surface mounting in a reflow oven through-hole soldering in wave soldering equipment they are sometimes mixed depending on For your parts selections in some cases we’ll also conduct selective wave soldering.
Of course we provide RoHS lead-free assembly.

By air sea or train even feasible combined shipment methods prototype assembly or PCB samples will be ship by DHL/TNT/UPS/FedEX.
It depends on quantity the complexity of the board the purchasing cycle of components it will be made clear in the quote. For prototype assembly it can be delivered as quick as 3 days.
Absolutely please provide us with your BOM or a list we will analysis source make classified packaging attached with lables then send them to you.
Yes we are able to assemble for BGA as fine as 0.25mm pitch.
